This wonderful beach-side villa apartment, Chaconia, offers a balance of Tobago's old-style Colonial past mixed with the modern in one of the Islands most upscale developments.

A fantastic location gives you the ability to choose to spend your days lounging beside the clover shaped swimming pool, swimming in the beautiful Caribbean Sea, or sipping cool drinks on your patio overlooking the beach.

The building was completed in 2006 and Chaconia is one of eight apartments in the building. The apartment has a burglar alarm and panic buttons. Chaconia is one of the larger apartments (2,400sq ft) and is extremely light and airy with views to three sides. There is daily maid service (except Sundays) and if you enjoy home cooked meals, Lenore (our maid) will for a small fee and the cost of the groceries, be happy to cook a local meal for you. All bedding, towels (both for beach and indoors), kitchen equipment, cool box etc is provided. Wifi internet access is available.
