Belated Happy 2007. Just a quick note to say thank you for
the opportunity for an amazing introduction to the magical island of Tobago.
Your home is so lovely, the combination of the sea and the swaying palm trees
was so relaxing - just the ticket and the timing of the holiday couldn't have
been better for Janet. We had such a
wonderful time.

Do you think I could possibly stay at Chaconia for another 6
months....
Only kidding - but I have to say I have never ever stayed anywhere
so beautiful before (and I stayed in a lot of 5 star places around the world when I was working)

Have just arrived back in Bristol and I thought I should email you
to say
what a fabulous time we had at Chaconia.
The apartment was everything we could have hoped for - beautifully equipped
and furnished, wonderful location and to top it all we were the only
residents at the development so had the gardens and pool to ourselves. Susan
was an excellent managing agent ringing two or three times during our stay
to make sure all was well - one thing you should bear in mind is that she
doesn't like holding a sign at the airport (!) - It wasn't too much of a
problem as we just rang her mobile but perhaps you should also give your
guests a description to help them identify her !
We travelled reasonably extensively taking in most of the sights including
Speyside, Charlotteville and Castara and had a couple of very nice 'high
teas' at Arnos Vale as well as numerous enjoyable dining experiences. Our
scuba diving son completed his advanced open water course with Eco divers
(just down the road) and we can recommend them - friendly, well organised
and reasonable value. Again being low season Tom had quite a lot of one to
one tuition but also was able to assist on a research project tagging
turtles.

This is a little piece of paradise you have to
experience.
A luxurious apartment, manicured gardens and only
seconds from the beach. Each morning you wake to the sounds of the crystal clear
sea gently breaking on powdery sand and from then on you're smitten. Nothing
needs to be rushed - time slows and you truly relax. That's not to say this was
a beach holiday. We swam with Manta rays, snorkeled in the coves, took a tour
into the rain forest with guides and stood below spectacular waterfalls. The
food was varied and delicious -Tobago offers a variety of good quality
restaurants to suit all tastes and the locals are friendly and inviting.
We will be going back soon!
